Reserve a slot through the order form you will find in the description of the item you want to purchase. Slots are spots on the waiting list that can be reserved. Each slot corresponds to an order. Your order will be checked as soon as possible and, if it is accepted, you will be added to the waiting list (You can check it here ) It is up to your responsibility checking that your order is on the list and keeping the track of it. If your name appears, you were accepted, if you are not there then your order was declined. If you want, you can contact me directly to check if your order was accepted or not, but in any case I will be notifying you directly if you were accepted or not. I have too many clients and I wish I had the time to contact you all one by one but I physically can't. Please be understanding and keep the track by yourself until your turn arrives. Of course I'll be more than happy to answer your questions in DMs or via e-mail, so don't hesitate if you want to ask me directly.

The list is organized on a first-come, first-served basis. If you need your commission to be handled for a specific date consider applying the Rush Fee available in the form.

Once you have made your reservation, wait until it is your turn. I will contact you then.

Please note that the waiting time on the list may be longer or shorter depending on your position and the amount of work. You can check the list whenever you need to. I also encourage you to check my working calendar to know my days off.

Be as clear and specific as you can in the description of your request. Reference images, photos, poses, anything that can be helpful to speed up the process is welcome, even if you feel like doing a little stickman sketch by yourself.

Once I have made the sketch of the work I will send it to you so you can check that everything is correct and make any necessary changes. You will be able to make two free changes, after that an extra 10€ (for illustrations) / 40€ (for animations) will be applied for each change.I will not accept changes in the drawing once it is already clean. For making changes that were supposed to be made in the sketch phase, an extra charge will be applied. In case of animations, the charge will be the double of the price.

Payment will be made via SumUp (No extra apps are needed and you don't need an account either.) You can pay using a credit/debit card (Prefered) or PayPal (Least Prefered PayPal takes a lot of fees and I personally find them abusive).
*For orders over 20€: Once you approve the sketch, you must pay half of the payment. The rest of the payment will be done once the work has been completed but before the final item is delivered to you. For orders under 20€: Full payment will be made in advance.

I will be sending updates of the project, but all of them will be low resolution.

The final high-resolution image will be sent to your e-mail as soon as full payment has been made.
